Sweet Surprises Await: New Dessert-Themed Hello Kitty Plushies are Here!

Merging sweets with characters isn’t something entirely novel, particularly when Hello Kitty is in the mix. Now, a fresh collection of collectible items is poised to give a sweet makeover to characters from the same brand.

As a fervent collector, I can’t help but get excited about the newest additions to my Sanrio Hello Kitty and Friends Plush Toy series – the latest wave from Workshop! These irresistible Sanrio plushies not only embody our beloved characters but also incorporate dessert-themed designs and outfits. Now, you can order these scrumptious-looking stuffed toys individually or as a sweet ensemble, complete with matching outfits. After a satisfying meal, there’s nothing better than giving them a big hug!

Build-a-Bear Makes Summer Sweet With New Plush Toy Release for Kuromi, Cinnamoroll & More

The fresh line of Build-a-Bear Sanrio stuffed animals now sport themes inspired by sweet treats and edibles, adding an extra dollop of sweetness. Pochacco’s overalls are adorned with images of chocolate chip cookies, while his ears are colored to resemble these tasty baked goods. Cupcake Kuromi boasts sprinkles on her jester hat and skirt, as well as a torso decorated with cupcakes. Cinnamoroll sports striped shorts and a shirt depicting cotton candy, and his color palette features soft, pastel hues reminiscent of the dessert. He also carries a miniature Cinnamoroll Café cinnamon roll accessory for his wrist, amplifying the sugary spectacle. Lastly, Pompompurin’s plushie is dressed in a pink and blue outfit embellished with donuts, complete with sprinkles on his ears and a donut-themed beret.

Just like other Build-a-Bear collectibles, I’ve found myself drawn to the variety of options available! You can pick out the stuffed animals alone, or opt for a complete package that includes the plushie and its matching outfit. The adorable trio of Pompompurin, Kuromi, and Pochacco come with their outfits priced at $51.50, while the delightful Cinnamoroll (accompanied by his very own Cinnamoroll Café cinnamon roll) will cost you $58. If you’re interested in just the individual outfits, they are available for $13.50 each. The plain plushies, or “naked” ones as some might say, can be yours for $38, and the standalone cinnamon roll is priced at $6.50. To make your experience even sweeter, you can add a birthday cake or cotton candy scent to any of these plushies for an additional $5! These amazing items are now available for order through Build-a-Bear retailers nationwide, and they also have a wide selection of other Sanrio and Hello Kitty plushies in stock. I can’t wait to add some of these cuties to my collection!
