Superman’s Surprising Role in Awan’s Transformation in Duster Episode 3!

The freshly debuted series on Max has had a powerful opening, with its first two episodes garnering an impressive 92% rating on Rotten Tomatoes. Eager viewers are now on tenterhooks, anticipating the unfolding events in episode three.

The series known as Duster was created by Emmy-winning producer J.J. Abrams and executive producer LaToya Morgan, in conjunction with Warner Bros. Television. This production boasts an impressive cast that includes Josh Holloway, Rachel Hilson, Keith David, Sydney Elisabeth, Greg Grunberg, Camille Guaty, Asivak Koostachin, Adriana Aluna Martinez, and Benjamin Charles Watson.

In the turbulent 1970s Southwest, the gritty series DUSTER delves into the life of a bold escape driver for an expanding criminal organization. However, things escalate from perilous to recklessly hazardous when a relentless young investigator arrives with the determination to dismantle his criminal empire piece by piece.

Initially, Abrams penned down the first two episodes, now available on Max. These episodes were overseen by Steph Green in direction and also served as an executive producer. In addition to Abrams, Rachel Rusch Rich from Bad Robot, and Morgan from TinkerToy Productions, are among the Executive Producers.

Duster, initially commissioned for broadcast back in April 2020, spans a period of approximately five years before its streaming debut. The first episode aired on May 15th. The series has been met with consistent critical acclaim, as evidenced by its impressive 91% rating. In fact, it’s noted that Holloway delivers his finest performance yet in Duster.

The review notes that “Duster” masterfully blends subverting typical expectations with classic ’70s tropes, creating an exhilarating action experience. It appeals to a wide range of viewers and initially appears as a lighthearted, rebellious crime drama. However, it truly shines in the less action-packed scenes and offers Josh Holloway his most intricate character since Sawyer, thanks to the compelling Jim Ellis. With such a captivating character like Jim Ellis, it would be a mistake for viewers to miss out on Duster.

On Max, you can catch the latest episodes of “Duster” every Thursday at 9 PM Eastern Time. The entire season, which spans eight episodes in total, wraps up on July 3rd.
