Both shows lean heavily into sci-fi and fantasy genres instead of comedy or romance, which suggests that Netflix is catering to a specific audience demographic. As “Stranger Things” fans start to move on, “Wednesday” seems poised to attract them due to its impressive performance. In just three weeks, it has become the second most-watched English-language series on Netflix, demonstrating its potential to surpass “Stranger Things.

Unlike Stranger Things, Wednesday Should Have No Problem Running For Multiple Seasons
