Stardew Valley Recipes List And Cooking Guide

As a seasoned farmer and adventurer who’s seen more crops and critters than I can count, let me tell you about these delightful dishes I’ve come across in my years of wandering Stardew Valley!

Preparing dishes in Stardew Valley offers numerous advantages. By consuming these meals, you can quickly restore a substantial amount of health and energy. Moreover, presenting preferred dishes as gifts to the villagers can significantly enhance your rapport with them. Keep in mind that before you can start cooking, certain upgrades need to be made and mastering new recipes may require more effort than anticipated.

How to cook

Stardew Valley Recipes List And Cooking Guide

To prepare food at home, it’s essential that you have a kitchen, which can be obtained by purchasing the initial house upgrade from the Carpenters. This first upgrade comes with a price tag of 10,000G and requires gathering 450 units of wood. The construction process takes approximately three days to complete, during which time your house will receive a new kitchen.

Once the upgrade is completed, you’ll find cooking a dish effortless by engaging with the kitchen stove. To prepare a meal, ensure you have all the necessary ingredients either on hand or stored in the fridge. Simply pick the dish of your choice, and if you have the required ingredients, it will be highlighted; then the selected dish will automatically be prepared – no mini-game is needed for this process.

How to learn new recipes

There are three primary ways to learn new recipes. First, you can watch The Queen of Sauce on TV in your house. New episodes run every Sunday, offering new recipes, and on Wednesdays reruns are shown, with the game prioritizing any recipes you have missed. The second method is to increase your friendship level with different villagers, as they will mail you recipes at certain heart thresholds. Lastly, you can purchase some recipes from Gus at the Saloon in town. You cannot cook a meal that you have not found the recipe for.

Here, you’ll discover all the recipes available in Stardew Valley and where you can acquire them (unless otherwise mentioned, recipes bought from Gus can be obtained at the Saloon).
