The latest Star Wars series is proving very popular on Disney+. It garnered 4.1 million views in its first week and has consistently been among the top 10 most-streamed shows on the platform since it premiered.

In Star Wars: Maul – Shadow Lord, Maul takes on a new student named Devon Izara, a Twi’lek former Jedi, voiced by Gideon Adlon. This character is similar to a villain Lucas originally intended to be Maul’s Sith apprentice in the sequel trilogy, but who later appeared as a villain in the Star Wars: Legacy comic book series.

The first four episodes of Star Wars: Maul – Shadow Lord are now available to stream on Disney+. New episodes will be released every Monday on Disney+ until all ten episodes of the first season have premiered. The season will conclude on Star Wars Day, May 4th.
