Paramount has announced plans for a new Star Trek film, giving fans a glimpse of the future for the series.
Variety reports that a new Star Trek movie is being planned to revitalize the film series. Unlike the previous films directed by J.J. Abrams, this movie won’t continue that particular storyline.
