During a recent live stream, Digital Extremes showcased fresh content in the early stages of development for their game, Soulframe. This unveiled material encompasses new alliances, armaments, and additional features.
Here’s a summary of the new additions to the Soulframe pre-alpha:
- Three new class Pacts and weapons for each faction.
- The Silent Rose (Grace)
- Alca’s Children (Spirit)
- The Kith of Kings (Courage)
- Rework to the Bow weapon, featuring more projectile-focused ranged gameplay.
- One of the first revealed Ancestors, Fire King Fenn Jotar, will offer Envoys yet another new class Pact. The Pact promises a “mastery of the soul’s burning flame.”

Megan Everett, Community Director at Digital Extreme, mentioned that 2025 looks set to be another exciting year, and they’re eager to reveal more details about their major plans for Warframe and Soulframe players as they gear up to mark the tenth anniversary of TennoCon in July.
To wrap things up, Soulframe is expected to launch this year. In the near future, we’ll learn more about the supported platforms for the game, which might be announced during TennoCon 2025. Meanwhile, you can already play Digital Extremes’ other game, Warframe, on PlayStation, Xbox, Nintendo Switch, and PC.
