‘SNL’ Sets Scarlett Johansson and Walton Goggins as Hosts With Bad Bunny, Arcade Fire as Musical Guests

On the upcoming episodes of “Saturday Night Live”, Scarlett Johansson and Walton Goggins will be the hosts, while Bad Bunny and Arcade Fire have been confirmed as the musical acts.

On May 10, David Goggins is set to appear as a first-time host on “SNL”. This appearance follows his roles in Season 3 of HBO’s “The White Lotus” and the fourth and concluding season of “The Righteous Gemstones” on Max, where he has been featured since 2019. Besides these, he is also recognized for his work in the FX series “Justified” and “The Shield”.

On May 10, Arcade Fire will join him, making their sixth appearance on “Saturday Night Live.” This performance follows closely behind the launch of their seventh studio album, titled “Pink Elephant,” which is set to release a day earlier.

On May 17th, Johansson will be the host of “SNL”. This is her seventh time taking the lead on the show, a role she has become well-known for through films such as “Lost in Translation” directed by Sofia Coppola and Marvel’s “Black Widow” and “Avengers” series. In the coming months, you can catch her in “Jurassic World Rebirth”, set to premiere on July 3rd via Universal Pictures.

As a dedicated moviegoer and music enthusiast, I’m thrilled to share that Bad Bunny is gracing our screens yet again as the musical guest for Johansson’s episode. His latest masterpiece, “Debí Tirar Más Fotos,” hit the charts on January 5th, and it held the number one spot on the Billboard 200 for a remarkable three weeks. This album is a testament to his unmatched talent, and I can’t wait to see him perform live!

Johansson and Bad Bunny’s appearance signifies the end of the historic 50th season for “Saturday Night Live” (SNL). A three-hour anniversary special showcasing a variety of SNL alumni and celebrities was broadcast in February, following other specials such as “SNL50: The Homecoming Concert,” “SNL50: Beyond Saturday Night,” and “Ladies & Gentlemen … 50 Years of SNL Music.” These specials can now be streamed on Peacock.

Previously, Quinta Brunson and Benson Boone had been revealed as the main stars for the May 3rd installment of “Saturday Night Live.
