The Indiana Pacers fans who went viral for their courtside romance were on ESPN this weekend, where Shaquille O’Neal offered to pay for their engagement ring if they decide to get married.
Michael and Grace became a viral sensation last week after a lively argument was captured at an Indiana Pacers game in Brooklyn.
The couple recently appeared on ESPN’s ‘Inside the NBA,’ where Shaq expressed his surprise to learn they weren’t already engaged.

During the show with O’Neal, Charles Barkley, and Kenny Smith, the couple who went viral were asked about their relationship. They assured everyone they’re still very much in love, even after a video surfaced of them arguing at a game.
Shaq kept referring to Grace as Michael’s wife, but he was quick to correct the former NBA star.
Okay, so I was watching, and Grace actually called Shaq out on something hilarious! She was like, ‘Did you guys catch that? He specifically said ‘girlfriend,’ not wife!’ She even made it a point to say it ‘for the record,’ which was so funny and perfectly captured the moment.

Shaq removed his sunglasses and challenged Michael, saying, “Wait a minute – if you propose to her right now, I’ll pay for the engagement ring. Go ahead and do it, get down on one knee, and the ring is on me.”
Michael wasn’t very enthusiastic, and he had one condition. He said he’d only do it if we all agreed to attend the wedding.
The studio team couldn’t make that promise, and Grace didn’t seem fully on board either, even after four years with Michael. She clearly expressed her disapproval, saying, “I didn’t agree to this!”
Regarding their popular online conversation, Grace simply explained that they always communicate this way – it’s just their playful and natural style.
