Sega and Atlus have recently revamped their yearly Tokyo Game Show site for the 2025 event. This user-friendly platform is accessible not just in Japanese, but also in English, Korean, and Mandarin.
At Makuhari Messe Hall 4, you’ll find a vast display by multiple publishers as well as partner companies. If our criteria match, Atlus will provide playable demos for the Nintendo Switch 2 version of “Persona 3 Reload” and a special “Persona 5: The Phantom X” merchandise raffle at their section. Additionally, Sega will include demo builds of “Borderlands 4” for both PlayStation 5 and the new Nintendo Switch 2 in their space.
Furthermore, the group has also mentioned a game developed by Nippon Ichi Software, though the page only displays Nippon Ichi’s logo for now. The Japanese title hints at this being “Kyouran”, an action RPG that was previously announced by the Disgaea team from Nippon Ichi in March.

The lineup of games currently announced for Sega and Atlus’ Tokyo Game Show 2025 display is given below. We’ll add any additional titles to this list once they’ve been officially confirmed.
