Texas-born actor Samuel French, famed for his portrayal of FBI agent CJ Robinson in “Killers of the Flower Moon,” passed away this morning in Waco, Texas after a prolonged struggle with cancer. He was just 45 years old.

1980 saw the birth of an individual who spent his early childhood years in Clifton, Texas, following his family’s relocation there at the age of three. After completing high school in this small town, he ventured to Austin and later Dallas, where he earned his first acting credits on shows such as “Texas Rising” and “Fear the Walking Dead,” playing the character “Ben.” Additionally, he has appeared in films like “Pegasus: Pony With a Broken Wing,” “The Pro Bono Watchman,” and is slated for a role in the 2024 crime thriller “Blood Dried Hands.
