In contrast to the current $59.99 price tag for Rune Factory: Guardians of Azuma on both Nintendo Switch and PC, the upcoming version, Rune Factory: Guardians of Azuma on Switch 2, will retail at $69.99. Both physical and digital copies will be available. A Digital Deluxe edition, featuring the “Seasons of Love Bundle” and the “Festive Attire and Dark Woolby Bundle”, will cost $69.99 on both platforms. For a more comprehensive experience, a Super Digital Deluxe edition, which includes the game, both bundles, a digital soundtrack, and a digital art book, is priced at $79.99 for Nintendo Switch and PC. As an added bonus, all digital versions of the game will include the “Rune Factory 4 Hero Outfit Bundle”.

On June 5, 2025, the game titled “Rune Factory: Guardians of Azuma” is set to launch on the Nintendo Switch 2, with physical pre-orders already open for $69.99 through various retailers and the Marvelous USA Online Store. Pre-orders for the standard version on Nintendo Switch are also available at $59.99, while a special “Earth Dancer Edition” is up for grabs too, priced at $99.99. This edition comes with exclusive items like an art book, soundtrack, plush keychain, and more.
The game will also be available digitally on the Nintendo eShop for both the original Nintendo Switch and the upcoming Nintendo Switch 2, as well as on Windows PC via Steam.
