Roberto Orci, the creative force behind the revivals of “Star Trek” and “Transformers” in the late 2000s, passed away on Tuesday at his home in Los Angeles due to complications with his kidneys. He was 51 years old, as confirmed by EbMaster.
Besides the “Transformers” from 2007 and “Star Trek” in 2009, Robert Orci’s other projects include working on the “Now You See Me” series, “Ender’s Game,” “The Amazing Spider-Man 2,” and contributing to the script of “Mission Impossible 3.” Additionally, he is the mind behind the 2010 revival of “Hawaii Five-0,” which spanned more than 200 episodes.
