Have you recalled the time when Skybound unveiled a AAA title for Invincible? As stated by Robert Kirkman, this project is indeed under development and he finds it extremely interesting.
The fourth season of Invincible has begun filming, Allen the Alien is now available on Fortnite, and the mobile RPG (Globe Guardian, which is quite entertaining) continues to thrive. But there’s something even more exciting on the horizon.
Previously, Skybound Entertainment initiated a fundraising campaign for an expensive Invincible video game, which they described as a “thrilling, action-packed, gory spectacle that’s far from independent.
The fundraising effort concluded in April 2024, amassing approximately $680,000 from more than 500 backers. Since then, it’s been under the radar during its development phase. Despite being tight-lipped about it, Kirkman is clearly excited about the project.

Before the Season 3 grand finale, I had the pleasure of chatting with the creator about the upcoming Invincible video game. Any news you might ask?
He mentioned that he wasn’t sure what to discuss, but he was confident that the project was being developed. He also expressed his excitement about it, saying it was really cool. He even questioned whether he could disclose how much of it he had already viewed,” he stated.
To put it simply, based on my observations, I’m more thrilled about it than any other Invincible-related thing has managed to excite me.
It’s quite a bold statement, considering Amazon has already approved a fourth season for the TV show. Given its strong viewership and critical acclaim, it seems plausible that the series will continue (with Season 3 wrapping up at Issue #65, we’re still only about halfway through the story).
Additionally, the opportunity to relive some of Invincible’s most intense and outstanding scenes in a top-notch video game is truly enticing. As stated by Skybound, this title will be highly sought after and offer a unique, first-of-its-kind Invincible experience, developed by over 30 talented professionals from Activision Blizzard, EA, Epic Games, and other studios.
The project ‘Invincible’ is being worked on by a group of experienced developers, who have spent several decades in the industry and have numerous AAA games under their belt,” the fundraiser clarifies.
Invincible is set to launch with top-tier competitive gameplay, high-quality production, state-of-the-art online features, and advanced technology, all packed under a premium pricing model. It will also offer various DLC expansions and special editions tailored for different fan levels.
In all gaming scenarios, whether it’s against other players or just locally, this game is crafted to continuously add fresh tales to the universe of Invincible. This means we can expect additional versions, updates, new character journeys, and exciting adventures for a long time in the future.
After the final episode, discover what becomes of Conquest in the comic books. For those who wish to uncover more, feel free to delve into the Invincible comics, which are available for reading without cost.
Apart from following the show, you can also track its soundtrack and discover why Mark’s blue suit holds such significance. In our conversation with Robert Kirkman, he shed light on the reasons behind Spawn’s absence in the Invincible War and the possible lack of a Rex Splode special in the near future.
