The developers at Hopoo Games have once again outdone themselves, providing us with a plethora of new items to tinker with, shrines to uncover, and most importantly, Survivors to master.
The latest DLC for Risk of Rain 2 is called Seekers of the Storm, crafted by Hopoo Games. It comes packed with exciting extras such as new artifacts (except Warped Echo), enigmatic shrines, but what captures most gamers’ attention are the brand-new Survivors, and figuring out how to unlock them is a top priority for many. For your convenience, we’ve compiled a guide detailing each one.
Risk of Rain 2 (RoR2) – New Survivors in Seekers of the Storm
Three fresh survivors, known as Seekers of the Storm, have been introduced in Risk of Rain 2. One of these characters is already available without any additional effort. However, you’ll need to put in some work to obtain the remaining two.
Seeker
This character is the initial one introduced in the latest group of Survivors. Upon purchasing the DLC, this character becomes accessible to you right away. Consequently, you can give it a spin straight off when you start playing the game.
Chef
The process of accessing the Chef might require some additional steps. We’ve provided a thorough explanation in our guide, but to summarize, here’s what you need to do:
- Collect 3 items: Bison Steak, Cautious Slug and Infusion.
- Interact with Halcyon Pillar and activate / go through a green portal
- Leave the items in the cave, next to the wok.
