Revealed: The Shocking Fates of Prison Break’s Heroes

The television series titled “Prison Break,” which aired on Fox from 2005 until 2017, was a captivating crime drama. In this show, Wentworth Miller and Dominic Purcell portrayed brothers Michael Scofield and Lincoln Burrows. Their characters found themselves incarcerated in Fox River State Penitentiary, where they struggled to delay Lincoln’s execution, uncover the conspiracy that led to his wrongful conviction, and meticulously plan an escape during the initial season.

Viewers found themselves captivated from the very first episode by the engrossing narrative and outstanding portrayals of Miller and Purcell. Those who didn’t continue watching the series for its entire 12-year run may find themselves questioning what eventually happened to Lincoln Burrows and Michael Scofield.

Where Michael and Lincoln End Up

Seven years have passed since the show ended in its fictional world, and Michael, who had faked his own death, is now employed by Jacob Ness, also known as Poseidon. His mission for the season is to free Abu Ramal from Ogygia. Throughout this journey, he yearns to complete this task, return to the U.S., and resume a normal life with Sara and their son, Michael Jr. By the series finale, he successfully accomplishes his goal, and it seems that his days of prison escapes have come to an end.

In the opening episode of Season 5, Lincoln is presented with a photograph of his imprisoned brother, sparking the revelation that Michael may still be alive and could require assistance. This season’s narrative takes a turn contrasting significantly with the initial one; here, it’s Lincoln who must orchestrate his brother’s escape from prison instead. He receives support for this mission from allies based in both Yemen and the United States, among them Sara, T-Bag, and C-Note.

In the second-to-last episode, Luca, an old foe, shoots him. Fortunately, in the final episode we learn that although wounded, he survives and carries out his mission – rescuing Michael and bringing down Poseidon. The future is uncertain for him, but it’s clear that he and Michael can now live their lives as they choose, free from interference by Poseidon.

Where the Rest of the Main Characters End Up

In Season 5, it’s shown that Sara, under the assumption that Michael is deceased, has remarried and is co-parenting their son with her new spouse, Jacob. Unbeknownst to Sara, Jacob is actually the Poseidon persona. Later on, alongside Lincoln, Sara manages to apprehend Jacob and bring him to justice. This leads to a reunion with Michael.

Fernando Sucre, who was involved in the Season 1 prison break along with Michael and Lincoln, remains a loyal ally and is prepared to assist them further. In fact, he proposes accompanying Lincoln on a mission to Yemen to rescue Michael.

At the beginning of the season, Theodore Bagwell, also known as T-Bag, is freed from Fox River State Prison. Throughout the season, he provides crucial information to Sara, such as images confirming her husband’s identity as Poseidon. Eventually, T-Bag returns to Fox River after avenging his son’s death by killing the man responsible. In a twist of fate, he is assigned as Jacob’s cellmate. True to his word given to Michael, T-Bag ultimately takes matters into his own hands and eliminates Jacob, allowing everyone else to live freely without constant surveillance.

Other than Michael, C-Note is a crucial figure within their group, playing a pivotal role in deciphering messages from Michael and piecing together his whereabouts since the supposed incident of his death. Alongside Lincoln, he ventures to Yemen, putting his life and liberty on the line, to rescue Michael. His connections in Yemen facilitate their entrance into the prison, eventually leading to Michael’s escape. By the series finale, it’s revealed that C-Note is working with Sheba, helping numerous Yemeni children flee their country, suggesting that he will carry on utilizing his intelligence and abilities to aid others.
