As a film enthusiast with a penchant for global cinematic masterpieces and an appreciation for diverse genres, I find myself thoroughly intrigued by this array of upcoming releases. The psychological horror “River of Blood” by Howard J. Ford promises to deliver a heart-stopping journey into the unknown, reminiscent of my own treacherous expeditions through the jungles of my local video rental store as a youngster.


REinvent International Sales has successfully secured numerous contracts for their lineup at the American Film Market, which includes “River of Blood,” “Together 99,” and “Second Victims.

Under the guidance of director Howard J. Ford, “River of Blood” unfolds as a chilling tale of psychological horror, following the perilous voyage of four adventurous kayakers who unwittingly venture into a jungle where they encounter a ruthless tribe of cannibals along an uncharted river.

I’ve been fortunate enough to be a part of a movie that was filmed on location throughout Thailand. This film has been acquired by Pandastorm for distribution in Germany, Austria, Switzerland, and VR Films for India. My previous works include “Never Let Go” and “The Lockdown Hauntings.

Lukas Moodysson’s comedy “Together ’99,” a sequel to his 2000 hit movie “Together,” has been purchased by the BFI in the U.K. This film tells the story of a diverse group of individuals who resided in a Swedish commune called Together in 1975, and picks up their tale 24 years later in 1999, with Göran and Klasse being the only remaining members. Feeling a bit isolated, they contemplate inviting old friends back for a reunion, and Klasse decides to surprise Göran on his birthday as a first step.

The movie ‘Together’ was both critically acclaimed and financially successful. It was screened at the Venice Film Festival, and it received a nomination for the European Film Awards in 2000.

The psychological drama ‘Second Victims,’ directed by Zinnini Elkington, was filmed on-site at Denmark’s Herlev Hospital. This movie was acquired for distribution in the Benelux region by Vedette.

Amidst the challenging landscape of a stroke unit grappling with staff shortages, I find myself at the heart of the story, portrayed as Dr. Alexandra – a seasoned neurologist known for my unwavering assurance. However, when a seemingly routine case unexpectedly takes a tragic turn, the foundations of my self-assuredness are shaken to the core.
