Rapper Lil Tjay calls out “racist” Adin Ross over drug accusations

As a seasoned gamer with a keen eye for drama unfolding in the gaming and music worlds, I find myself deeply engrossed in this latest feud between Lil Tjay and Adin Ross. Being a frequent viewer of both Twitch streams and hip-hop music, I’ve come to appreciate their unique personalities and content.

Rap artist Lil Tjay, known for hits like “Calling My Phone” and “Pop Out,” has criticized Adin Ross, labeling him as “racist,” following allegations by the live-stream personality that he uses drugs.

On the evening of November 5th, Adin Ross shared an image containing a conversation between him and Lil Tjay (whose real name is Tione Jayden Merritt) on Instagram.

Tjay stated: “Eh buddy… it seems like we’re both getting outshone here… I’m about to teach you two some rookie moves.” This remark was aimed at Adin and Kai Cenat, who is currently engaged in a subathon with the aim of retaking his position as the top-subscribed streamer on Twitch.

Adin replied to Tjay’s messages, telling him that he’s “making adjustments” and emphasizing that he and Kai “constantly express affection towards you.

He finished his response by telling Tjay to “stop taking them percs [percocets]” as they’re “f**king with your head.”

Tjay followed up with a video response to Adin, clearly disgruntled by the accusation.

He stated, “I don’t consume Percocet.” He clarified, “I abstain from all drugs.” He added humorously, “Sometimes I might have a taste of lean, but honestly less than you! It’s unfair… It seems like people assume I take Percocet because I’m black, correct?

Further in the conversation, he admitted to sending Adin a voicemail that labeled him as a “cultural appropriator,” but Adin opted not to listen to it since he was engrossed in the election news coverage at that time. Interestingly, Adin had previously been acknowledged by Dana White for his support to Donald Trump’s campaign efforts.

He finished by saying, “you telling me I need to stop taking percs is racist to me.”

At the time of writing, neither Adin nor Kai have responded to Tjay’s accusations.

Currently, Kai is fully engrossed in his ‘Mafiathon’, and on November 5, an additional rap artist, Kodak Black, joined his live stream. It’s important to note that Kodak Black was reportedly suspected of using drugs during this broadcast.
