A streamer known as ChudTheBuilder was arrested in Nashville after a disagreement at a restaurant. Reports indicate he was asked to leave and then refused to pay his bill.
Dalton Levi Eatherly, better known as ChudTheBuilder, is a live streamer who often broadcasts from public places. He’s become controversial due to the nature of his streams, and has been accused of harassing people and engaging in racially motivated harassment while on camera.
The streamer was recently and permanently banned from Kick after videos circulated online showing him filming people without their consent and continuing to interact with those who asked him to stop.

ChudTheBuilder booked into Nashville jail
Records from the Davidson County Sheriff’s Office show Dalton L. Eatherly was booked into the Downtown Detention Center on May 10, 2026, at 4:46 AM.
The individual currently faces three misdemeanor charges: stealing services worth $1,000 or less, disturbing the peace, and resisting a police officer. Bail has been set at $2,000 for the theft charge, and $1,500 each for the disturbing the peace and resisting arrest charges.
The arrest happened after a disturbance at a steakhouse near Nashville, which was captured in videos widely shared online. Reports and the videos show that Eatherly was reportedly asked to leave by security, and a disagreement over his bill then occurred.

According to reports, staff at a Nashville establishment called the police because the man refused to pay his bill. Video footage shows the man, who was wearing a cowboy hat, being handcuffed by officers on the sidewalk next to a bright green sports car.
Following his arrest, reports suggested he was accused of several offenses, such as stealing services, disturbing the peace, and refusing a lawful pat-down or search. However, when TopMob checked the Davidson County jail records, those specific charges weren’t listed at that moment.
This happened shortly after Eatherly was banned from Kick, and is the latest in a series of issues with the streamer’s public, real-life broadcasts.
