From the minor leagues of baseball to the large retail stores, from funeral homes to alligator farms and even a school talent show, Charlie embarks on her crime-solving odyssey with her unique blend of dry humor, compassion for humanity, and exceptional lie-detecting skills,” Johnson and Lyonne stated jointly.
For its initial run, “Poker Face” was nominated for a total of four Emmys, and ultimately claimed victory in one category: Judith Light’s exceptional guest acting performance in a comedy series earned her the award.
Tony Tost serves as the producer of “Poker Face,” working alongside Ram Bergman, Nena Rodrigue, Adam Arkin, Nora Zuckerman, and Lilla Zuckerman in a producing capacity. T-Street and MRC serve as the production studios, while T-Street and Animal Pictures take on the role of producers for this show.
