A new version of Rematch has been released, and in this game, you create your own character, team up with other players, and strive to score more goals than your opponents. However, achieving soccer stardom within the game is challenging due to extended wait times for ranking matches. To become a top player and climb the rankings, it’s difficult when you can’t participate in high-stakes games.

Rematch matchmaking doesn’t work well

A significant portion of the Rematch community is expressing frustration about the extended period they have to wait to locate a match, particularly in ranked games. In some cases, players are left waiting as long as 10 minutes before being matched, only to receive an error message afterwards. Luckily, with all this feedback on the official Discord server, the developers should be fully aware of the issue.

If you too are encountering extended waiting periods, for now, consider joining a faster game via Quick Match mode. Another helpful tip comes from one of the moderators on the Rematch Discord server: if the wait exceeds a minute, try resetting the queue. Lastly, make sure to play with individuals from your own geographical area.

Let me bring to your attention that the beta phase commenced on May 28 and is scheduled to continue until at least May 31. There’s a chance it could extend as was the case previously, but for now, let’s not jump to conclusions just yet.

To participate in the game and understand how it’s played, visit the official website and complete a brief questionnaire to sign up for their newsletter. Once you receive an email, you can get a code for either a PS5 or Xbox. The post on Discord indicates that PlayStation users will have free beta access today (no key required). However, Xbox users will only receive 50,000 keys distributed through the newsletter due to the ongoing certification process. For PC players, the application process is simpler.
