Goldin, a renowned auction house, is presenting “Pikachu Chip,” a miniature collectible standing at only two inches tall, resembling the adored Pokémon character Pikachu.
Back in March 2025, one of the most extraordinary Pokemon memorabilia ever made, a Charizard-shaped Flaming Hot Cheeto, was auctioned off by Goldin.
The “Cheetozard” didn’t come cheaply, with a single fortunate fan shelling out a staggering $87,840 following a 22% commission from the auction house, which was added to the initial winning bid of $72,000.
Currently, they’re planning to brighten someone else’s day by putting up a second Cheeto molded like a Pokémon character for auction on May 3, specifically a Pikachu-shaped one this time.
Pikacheeto isn’t the only chip available
Similarly to the Charizard from the 2025 sale, this auction item isn’t simply a chipped token in an envelope. Instead, it’s attached to a counterfeit Pikachu card designed to appear as if it originated from the Pokémon Trading Card Game’s Base Set 2.
Instead of its name on top, however, the chip has been aptly titled “Pikacheeto.”
Goldin presents a Cheeto that stands 2 inches tall, modeled after the popular character Pikachu from Pokemon. This unique snack has been nicknamed ‘Pikacheeto.’ It’s attached to a custom-made Pokemon card, mimicking the Pikachu Base Set 2 design, and then enclosed in a clear plastic storage box measuring 7 by 4 inches.
Additionally, Goldin isn’t only offering Pikachu in this auction lot. You’ll also find a Cheeto designed like the Air Jordan “Jumpman” logo, and a Super Mario character too.
They adorned the Super Mario chip by positioning it within the display region of a vintage Game Boy DMG, which was the initial portable gaming device launched by Nintendo.
If you successfully purchase Pikachu or Super Mario-themed treats, it would be wise to safeguard them from the highly enthusiastic Golden Retriever who’s gone viral over his love for Flaming Hot Cheetos.
