Pete Davidson’s New Horror From The Purge Creator Premieres Tension-Filled Trailer

Pete Davidson is generally recognized for his comedic roles, particularly as a cast member on Saturday Night Live and through his stand-up performances. Yet, this versatile actor has ventured into diverse genres, and currently, he appears in a chilling horror movie.

Among his future ventures is a movie titled “The Home“. This film originates from the mind of horror series creator, James DeMonaco, and renowned producer Bill Block, who also worked on “Halloween”. Prior to its release on July 25th, Lionsgate has formally released an intense preview of the movie.

The film commences by introducing Pete Davidson’s character, Max, who secures employment at a retirement home. He is advised to maintain cleanliness and avoid the fourth floor, as those residents require special care. However, events gradually grow more peculiar as he uncovers hints suggesting that the elderly patients harbor mysterious, potentially sinister pasts.

There is something wrong with this place,” one of the residents warns him. “Something very wrong.”

Later on, Max encounters a patient’s artwork where figures are concealed by black strokes, followed by another patient frantically pounding on a blood-splattered window, only to plummet to his demise. The suspense intensifies as the patients appear to crave violence. In one particularly harrowing sequence towards the end of the footage, Davidson is restrained in a chair with a gag, while someone menacingly approaches his eye with a needle.
