As a seasoned gamer with countless hours poured into the rich and immersive world of Persona, I must admit that the latest revelation from Atlus has sent a wave of excitement coursing through my veins. The prospect of facing off against the enigmatic Joker, the main protagonist from Persona 5, in an optional challenge boss battle within Episode Aigis -The Answer- is simply too tantalizing to ignore.
In a recent announcement, Atlus unveiled fresh content for the upcoming Episode Aigis -The Answer- DLC story expansion in Persona 3 Reload. This new content offers players an optional battle against Joker, the central character from Persona 5, as a challenge boss.
In the style of past superbosses within the Persona series, Joker appears to maintain a consistent rhythm in his attacks, rotating through various Personas for destructive purposes. Unlike his initial starting Persona Arsene, it’s worth noting that he can also summon his ultimate persona, Satanael, at strategic moments throughout the battle.
Ensure you’re well-prepared for the climactic confrontation with the formidable main character from Persona 5.
To acquire the Episode Aigis DLC, you’ll need to purchase the separate paid expansion pass for Persona 3 Reload, which isn’t included in the Digital Deluxe or Digital Premium Editions of Persona 3 Reload. However, if you’re an Xbox Game Pass Ultimate subscriber, you can get the Expansion Pass for free!
As I write this, Atlus hasn’t shared whether or not Episode Aigis -The Answer- will be available for individual purchase. Excitingly, it’s set to launch on the 10th of September!
