Aggro Crab is back with another fast-paced, physics-driven game you can play with friends! Following the success of Peak, which they created with Landfall, the studio has revealed their next project: Crashout Crew, a cooperative game for four players where you control forklifts. You’ll be able to try out a demo of the game during this month’s Steam Next Fest.
The announcement trailer features four players trying to complete warehouse orders. They drive incredibly fast forklifts, drifting and using boosts, which leads to predictably funny moments as they lose control and crash into things.
Welcome to đĽCRASHOUT CREWđ˘
Gather a team of up to 4 friends who are constantly busy and jump into a fast-paced, cooperative forklift adventure. Working together is essential, things *will* go wrong, and it’s up to you to handle the pressure!
The DEMO will be available on Oct 13th as part of Steam Next Festâźď¸
Time to get to work!â AGGRO CRAB đĽ (@AggroCrabGames) October 2, 2025
In a Steam Community post, Aggro Crab explains that the warehouse feels like a “full-blown raceway,” where players work to complete delivery contracts with oddly-shaped and delicate packages. The trailer highlights a few examples: fragile eggs that will break if driven over, and crates containing bees that will release a swarm if not handled carefully.
From October 13th to 20th, you can try out a demo for Steam Next Fest that includes three of these contracts. You’ll be able to make them more challenging by adding “safety violations.” Crashout Crew is currently planned for release sometime in 2026. Learn more here.
After deciding not to make a sequel to their dungeon-crawling roguelike game, Going Under, Aggro Crab started developing both Crashout Crew and Peak. Some members of the Aggro Crab team collaborated with Landfall on Peak, while the rest of the studio fully focused on Crashout Crew, which originally started as an idea during a game jam.
Don’t worry, Peak fans! Aggro Crab assures us that the game is still being updated. Just last month, the cooperative climbing game received significant improvements, including a colorblindness mode. And recently, they even added things to do in the airport lobby!
