Peacock Releases Trailer for ‘Teacup,’  New Horror Series From James Wan (TV News Roundup)

As a die-hard fan of horror thrillers and someone who has spent countless nights huddled under the covers while watching terrifying films, I can confidently say that the trailer for “Teacup” on Peacock has sent chills down my spine! Having grown up reading Robert McCammon’s works, I am beyond excited to see this novel adapted into a series. The rural Georgia setting, the mysterious threat, and the diverse cast of characters promise an edge-of-your-seat viewing experience that is sure to keep me awake at night.


The peacock unveiled a trailer for the upcoming horror-thriller series titled “Teacup,” created by James Wan‘s production house Atomic Monster and based on the novel “Stinger” penned by Robert McCammon. This captivating series is overseen by showrunner Ian McCulloch.

According to the official description, “‘Teacup’ tells a story about various individuals living in rural Georgia who band together due to an unexplained danger to ensure their survival. The cast features Yvonne Strahovski, Scott Speedman, Chaske Spencer, Kathy Baker, Boris McGiver, Caleb Dolden, Emilie Bierre and Luciano Leroux.

The executive producers are Wan, Michael Clear, and Rob Hackett from Atomic Monster, along with Francisca X. Hu, Kevin Tancharoen, and McCammon.

Starting October 10th, Peacock will debut the opening chapters of this thrilling series, with fresh instalments dropping every week, all the way up to Halloween! As a movie enthusiast, I can’t wait to see where this journey takes us.
