As a seasoned gamer with decades of RPG experience under my belt, I must say that the recent crossover DLC for Pathfinder: Wrath of the Righteous titled “Visitors from Morta” has truly piqued my interest. The fusion of two beloved fantasy worlds – Pathfinder and Children of Morta – is a dream come true for many gamers like myself who appreciate intricate storylines and engaging characters.
As a passionate gamer, I’m thrilled to share some exciting news! The creative minds behind Owlcat Games, 11 bit studios, and Dead Mage have teamed up to bring us an epic crossover DLC for my favorite game, Pathfinder: Wrath of the Righteous. Can’t wait to dive back in!
Titled “Visitors From Morta,” this complimentary expansion includes a fresh quest starring characters John and Lucy from the 2019 pixel art action RPG, “Children of Morta.” Additionally, it introduces two brand-new character types to the game.

Today, Owlcat Games in collaboration with Dead Mage and 11 bits studios are thrilled to share news about a fresh, complimentary expansion for the highly praised CRPG, Pathfinder: Wrath of the Righteous.
Currently available on PC and consoles, “Visitors from Morta” merges the enchanting realms of “Pathfinder” and “Children of Morta.” The makers of “Pathfinder: Wrath of the Righteous” have put considerable effort into replicating the atmosphere of “Children of Morta” and maintaining the distinct personalities of its characters, as they lead them into the Worldwound, a journey hinted at in the trailer above.
In “Visitors from Morta,” it’s John and Lucy, hailing from “Children of Morta,” who find themselves in a predicament within the Worldwound. The only one capable of safeguarding them is the Knight Commander. Not just these two visitors are appearing in the realm of Pathfinder; the Corruption is expanding its wickedness, and it’s up to the Knight Commander to halt this darkness while rescuing John, Lucy, and Ryker – the Bergson family’s young wolf cub – and returning them safely to their world.
This free DLC features
- A new quest in which players must rescue guests from another world and help them return home
- A brand new location
- Two new archetypes with unique animations and spells designed specifically for John and Lucy (players can also access these archetypes when creating new characters)
- A new female hairstyle designed for Lucy, also available in the character editor
- Unique enemies infected by the Corruption
For owners of “Pathfinder: Wrath of the Righteous”, the “Visitors from Morta” DLC can be downloaded for free. This additional content can be initiated at the start of the second chapter before the arrival of the Hellknights, or at various points in chapters 3 and 5. The quest is introduced by Anevia, or Arsinoe if Anevia is absent. Upon acquiring the quest, a new location will appear on the map near Kenabres, where players can interact with John and Lucy!
The Visitors from Morta DLC is available now for PlayStation 4|5, Xbox One, and PC via Steam, Epic Games Store, and GOG, as well as macOS. The Nintendo Switch version is coming soon.
