On May 13th, Singularity 6 is set to debut the game Palia on both PS5 and Xbox Series X|S. This launch will also introduce full cross-platform compatibility, coinciding with the release of the Elderwood expansion.
If you add Palia to your wishlist on PS5 and Xbox Series X|S, you’ll get unique (digital) teddy bears when the game launches on those platforms – as long as your account is linked. Moreover, from May 13th, anyone who invites their friends to play Palia will receive an Elderwood Fun Guy plushie in five different sizes as a reward.
In simpler terms, Palia is a free online game that blends elements of Animal Crossing and Stardew Valley. You can fish, farm, cook, and live in a fantasy world when you play this game. Released in 2023, the latest expansion, Elderwood, is its most significant update so far. Best part? The expansion is free to enjoy as well!
In addition to Palia, the DualSense controller for PS5 is utilized as well. The Light Bar adjusts its hue depending on which ability is being employed at any given moment, such as fishing, hunting, or mining. Meanwhile, when abilities are activated within the game, the adaptive triggers will become active.
In a fresh twist, Elderwood introduces an exciting, vertically-oriented exploration zone teeming with undiscovered secrets. This zone offers new narrative quests, intriguing creatures to encounter, and mysterious artifacts waiting to be found. These artifacts, once unearthed, grant access to potent relics, while a revamped equipment system enhances your party’s abilities.
