Paige DeSorbo Is Moving Out of Summer House

After seven eventful summer seasons, Paige DeSorbo is prepared to embark on a new phase of her career. In an Instagram post on June 5th, she shared: “I’ve decided not to come back to Summer House, and I wanted to share that with you. I will forever be thankful for the memories, friendships, and experiences this incredible journey has given me. However, it’s now time for this chapter in my life to conclude.” DeSorbo expressed her appreciation towards her NBCU family and viewers who have witnessed her personal growth since she debuted on Bravo’s reality show in 2019 alongside interviewer Hannah Berner. DeSorbo was a permanent cast member of Summer House from season three to season nine, and has featured in two seasons of the spinoff series, Winter House.

In 2020, DeSorbo and Berner began co-hosting the “Giggly Squad” podcast. DeSorbo’s rising career eventually led to a breakup with her boyfriend from “Southern Charm”, Craig Conover, who was not happy about her embarking on a 60-city podcast tour in fall 2024. As DeSorbo explained during season nine, if a man of his age stated he wanted to focus on his career for a few more years, it would be viewed as wise and strategic. However, when a woman does the same thing, people react with fear. Since then, DeSorbo has published a book with Berner and launched her own loungewear line called Daphne, named after her cat. True to form, DeSorbo used her departure announcement as an opportunity to subtly promote her future projects, saying “You haven’t seen the last of me, I promise. There’s so much more we have planned, but for now, you can always find me and Daphne in my bed.
