Choosing just 10 episodes of Deadwood as masterpieces is tough, because the show consistently delivered high quality – honestly, most of its 36 episodes could make a strong argument for inclusion. Deadwood didn’t really have bad episodes; each one built the story, explored the show’s themes, and included scenes that people still talk about fondly. But if forced to choose, here are 10 that have truly stood the test of time and deserve the title of masterpiece.

Koichi Haimawari, known as “The Crawler,” will be back in January 2026 with the returns of Knuckleduster and Pop Step. However, many fans of My Hero Academia are unhappy with Pop Step’s new design. Similar to her original appearance in MHA: Vigilantes Season 1, her outfit is considered too revealing for a young character, leading to concerns that the series’ issues with overly sexualized depictions will continue.

The release timing is important. The first Black Panther movie came out during the height of the ‘Infinity Saga’ (Phase 3), and its successful sequel, Black Panther: Wakanda Forever, helped launch the ‘Multiverse Saga’ (Phase 4). However, the third movie will be the first film to kick off the next major phase of the Marvel Cinematic Universe, making it uniquely positioned to shape the future after the Secret Wars storyline. Director Ryan Coogler is very excited about the project, telling the Times he’s “so fired up about that movie, bro.”

As a huge film fan, I’m really excited about this movie! It seems like the filmmakers really focused on packing it with as many awesome fighters as possible. They’ve got some great actors taking on iconic roles – Jason Momoa as Blanka and David Dastmalchian as M. Bison are fantastic choices. But it doesn’t stop there! They’ve also cast Orville Peck as Vega, 50 Cent as Balrog, Eric André as Don Sauvage, and Andrew Schulz as Dan Hibiki. And get this – they’re bringing in real fighting talent too! Alexander Volkanovski, a legit MMA fighter, will play Joe, while Roman Reigns and Cody Rhodes from WWE are Akuma and Guile respectively. Hirooki Goto from New Japan Pro-Wrestling is E. Honda! They’ve rounded everything out with a bunch of international action stars like Mel Jarnson (from Mortal Kombat) as Cammy, Vidyut Jammwal as Dhalsim, Olivier Richters (Black Widow) as Zangief, and Rayna Vallandingham from Cobra Kai as Juli. Honestly, if you grew up in the nineties, this movie is totally bringing back the nostalgia!

Though set over 60 years in the past, the characters in Mad Men – particularly Don Draper (Jon Hamm) and those at Sterling Cooper – often feel like they exist in a world of their own. The constant smoking, heavy drinking, and dismissive treatment of women in the office highlight just how different things were – and how far we’ve come.
