Even within the science fiction genre, stories need a degree of realism to truly resonate, and Altered Carbon definitely makes a strong impression. It boldly explores future technology and, more importantly, how that technology would likely only serve the wealthy, fearlessly revealing the darker side of human nature. The series paints a disturbingly believable picture of a future that doesn’t feel too far off, making it a truly compelling dystopian work from beginning to end.

The movie Ford v Ferrari (known as Le Mans 66 internationally) is currently gaining popularity on Netflix. It’s the sixth most-watched film on the platform this week, trailing behind the new true-crime documentary, Evil Influencer: The Jodi Heldebrandt Story, which is currently number one.

TopMob recently interviewed Kellen Goff, the voice actor behind popular characters like Freddy Fazbear and Foxy in the Five Nights at Freddy’s series (including Toy Freddy in FNAF 2). During the conversation, Goff admitted there are still parts of the game’s backstory he doesn’t fully understand, even after being involved with the franchise for so long.

Does the location of the next season offer any clues about the storyline? According to Variety, the season will unfold across multiple locations along the French Riviera, including a hotel in Paris. Filming is expected to start in late April and wrap up in October, and Variety reports that the Cannes Film Festival in May might even be featured in the story. Ultimately, we’ll likely have to wait at least another year to find out if the next season will involve the dramatic, shocking events fans have come to expect from The White Lotus.
