At first, the SDM appeared to be a small group dedicated to improving life on Mars. However, the events of the fifth episode of For All Mankind season 5, and the resulting conflict in the sixth episode, have led people to question the group’s motives and whether their actions are justified.

It’s tough to think of consoles with fewer players than the PS5, the upcoming Switch 2, or the Xbox Series X/S. There have been plenty of consoles that didn’t become popular—some are really hard to remember, like the 3DO and TurboGrafx-16.

As a huge fan of The Boys, I’ve been wondering how the show would wrap things up compared to the comics, but it feels like that’s off the table now. After the ending of episode 5 in season 5, we’re really heading towards the finish line with just three episodes left. It’s become so common for big TV shows to stumble at the end – we all remember the disappointment with Game of Thrones, and even Stranger Things had some issues – and I’m hoping The Boys can avoid that fate.

Joss Whedon, the director behind the popular first Avengers film, also directed Avengers: Age of Ultron. However, this would be his last involvement with the Marvel Cinematic Universe. The production of Age of Ultron was difficult for Whedon, and it showed in the final product. While the first Avengers movie was a fast-paced and exciting experience, Age of Ultron sometimes felt uneven in its pacing, humor, and how characters acted. The original Avengers received high praise, with a 91% approval rating from both critics and audiences. Avengers: Age of Ultron received a lower 75% score from critics and an 82% rating from audiences.

Mr. Fantasy first gained attention on TikTok, sharing his experiences living in Los Angeles. He quickly became a local fixture, finding a place to live in Venice, riding on a float in the Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade, and even hosting a fan meet-up at the IHOP on Sunset Boulevard. His debut album, Fantasyland, is coming out next month, though it’s currently unknown if any of the songs are about the ups and downs of playing high school football.

While the film remains incredibly well-made, watching it now feels a little different than it did in 1993. Our perspectives change over time, and some of the movie’s creative decisions and historical details might stand out differently today. It’s still a fantastic film, but it’s worth keeping these things in mind when you watch it now.

Jane Fonda shared that she and Robert Redford initially connected over a surprisingly down-to-earth topic: building with stone. Both were in the process of constructing houses with stone walls at the time. Redford was in Hollywood working on a film with Fonda, but he was eager to return to Utah and continue building. Fonda, married to a Frenchman, had recently built a country house and was also focused on stonework. They spent a lot of time happily discussing the details of stacking stones, even talking about using moss for insulation. Fonda also recalled that Redford was an avid climber, once scaling the large spire of the Fox Theater in Westwood and even breaking his arm while climbing his chimney one Christmas.
