As a huge movie fan, I’m really impressed with Alan Ritchson – he’s quickly becoming a major name in Hollywood and always seems to pick interesting roles. But honestly, it’s tough to see him as anyone but Jack Reacher! He embodies the character so perfectly in that Prime Video series. It’s funny, even in his new Netflix sci-fi action movie, I still get a little bit of that Jack Reacher vibe from his performance – he just naturally brings that intensity to everything he does.

As the series explores its disturbing setting, it’s becoming increasingly clear what kind of story it wants to tell. Hell’s Paradise expertly builds suspense and a rich backstory, and each battle reveals something about the characters themselves. This is why the show gets better and better with every episode. If you enjoyed the dark fantasy action of Jujutsu Kaisen, and are looking for a similar show with a unique sense of tragedy and mystery, Hell’s Paradise is quickly becoming a standout in 2026.

Bel’s Fanfare is a role-playing game created by the Spanish indie developer Chibig. It’s great to see Neve Campbell reprise her role as Sidney in Scream 7, and it reminds us of all her memorable work in the 1990s. Beyond battling Ghostface – even while trying to move on with her life – she starred as the driven Julia Salinger in Party of Five and the thoughtful Bonnie in The Craft. She also delivered a fantastic performance in the 1998 film Wild Things.
