Microsoft believes we’re entering a new era where AI will move beyond chatbots and become seamlessly integrated into the everyday digital experiences of millions of people. According to Microsoft’s consumer chief marketing officer, Yusuf Mehdi, their goal is to fundamentally redesign the operating system to be built around AI, creating what they call the ‘AI PC’.

This fall is shaping up to be great for Nintendo fans! Just last month, they released Super Mario Galaxy and Super Mario Galaxy 2 for the Switch and the new Switch 2. November brings two more exclusives: Kirby Air Riders and Hyrule Warriors: Age of Imprisonment, both for Switch 2. And to finish the year, Metroid Prime 4: Beyond will be available in December on both Switch and Switch 2.

Putting the difficulty aside, this game is truly excellent. It’s a challenging series where careful timing and skillful play are essential – every fight, move, block, and dodge matters. Being tough is actually a core part of what makes it so enjoyable and well-loved.

I’ve been looking for a game that blends shooting, first-person platforming, and a story told like a visual novel, but it’s been really difficult. It’s rare to find a game designed for fast, skillful playthroughs where you’d drop your weapons to focus on acrobatic movement – it’s just a very specific combination that most games don’t offer.
