The PlayStation State of Play last week showed us gameplay for Marvel’s Wolverine and revealed October’s free PlayStation Plus games, but the full details are now available on the PlayStation Blog. This is also your last chance to get September’s free games, including the award-nominated Psychonauts 2, the unique indie title Viewfinder, and the beloved, relaxing game Stardew Valley. These games will only be free to download until October 7th, when the new games become available.
Even though there aren’t any major releases like Sinners or Weapons before All Hallows’ Eve, that doesn’t mean you won’t find something scary at the movie theater. Sam’s Pumpkin Patch, a 2024 finalist for the USA Today 10 Best Readers’ Choice award for best pumpkin patch, announced that between 275 and 300 pumpkins were stolen from their fields. According to owner Terry Dunlap, the pumpkins went missing sometime between September 18th and September 23rd, and the theft was discovered on September 23rd.
