Raylan Givens isn’t your typical hero; he’s flawed, impulsive, and his upbringing in Appalachia weighs on him just as much as his job does. And then there’s Boyd Crowder – a villain who’s so smart and articulate, and who occasionally shows a glimmer of goodness, that it’s hard to know where he stands. That complexity is exactly what viewers want today. In a world saturated with high-quality TV, Justified proves the Western isn’t a relic of the past; it just needs to adapt and grow. It’s brilliant, really.

With so much attention going to shows on cable and streaming services, Doc often gets overlooked, but it’s one of the best medical dramas to come out in recent years, and anyone who enjoys the genre should definitely check it out.

In Dead Silence, Jamie and Lisa Ashen receive a strange package left at their door. Jamie opens it and discovers a creepy ventriloquist dummy called Billy. After briefly stepping away, he comes back to find Lisa brutally murdered. Once he’s been cleared of any wrongdoing, Jamie goes back to his hometown, Raven’s Fair, determined to uncover the truth behind his wife’s death. Upon his return, he finds a run-down, isolated town harboring hidden secrets that may be connected to the tragedy. According to Rotten Tomatoes:
