I was so excited to read the latest Xbox Wire post! Microsoft just dropped a bunch of new features – some of which we’ve been testing out in beta – for both consoles and PC. Honestly, there’s a ton of stuff here, and I can’t wait to try it all out! It’s really great to see them adding so much.

As of late, 47-year-old Emma Heming Willis has been promoting her new book, The Unexpected Journey: Finding Strength, Hope, and Yourself on the Caregiving Path. In it, Heming Willis chronicles her experiences serving as a caregiver for her husband over the past several years. While the mother of two discussed various health related-topics during the tour, she just recently took to Instagram to highlight a term known as anosognosia, which she wishes she would’ve discussed more while during interviews.
Having personally encountered a few troublesome coyotes in the past, I’m very interested in the new horror film starring Justin Long and Kate Bosworth. The movie follows a family being pursued by these animals, and while it might be a little too realistic for my comfort, it definitely appeals to me. I’m excited for Colin Minihan’s next creature feature…
After everything that’s happened, it’s somewhat surprising that the upcoming The Mandalorian and Grogu doesn’t feel like a major event. Even spin-off films like Rogue One: A Star Wars Story were culturally significant and earned over $1 billion worldwide. Star Wars is always a big deal, but the franchise’s return to theaters for the first time since 2019 has been muted by the fact that the new film feels like a continuation of the TV spin-off. Instead of an epic story of Jedi and Sith battling for dominance, the upcoming film appears to be a simple extension of the popular Disney+ series The Mandalorian. Considering this, Disney doesn’t necessarily *need* this movie to be a blockbuster for a few reasons.
