The fate of Tony Stark remains uncertain, though alternate versions of characters from across the multiverse could appear in Avengers: Doomsday. Regardless of whether Downey Jr. reprises his role as Iron Man, Marvel has already found someone else to play him in a new MCU show, and a recently announced Avengers project proves they made the right decision.

It seems like only yesterday I was excited about all the Stephen King adaptations coming in 2025, but here we are, nearing the end of a fantastic year for King fans! With Edgar Wright’s The Running Man now in theaters, the final King movie of the year has arrived. And with the fifth episode of IT: Welcome to Derry set to premiere on Sunday, we’ll be over halfway through the last King TV series of the year. But before I look ahead, I want to talk about Episode 4 of the HBO series and what was, for me, the most terrifying and unsettling scene so far.

Okay, seriously, this whole thing is huge! It looks like the conspiracy in The Chair Company goes way higher up than we thought – or at least as high as Ron can take it in another season. I’m so excited, HBO has officially renewed the show for Season 2! I’m celebrating by imagining drinking Pepto Bismol out of something fancy and maybe… impulsively giving my boss a little nudge. Just kidding (mostly)!

Shows like Severance offered a dark take on balancing work and life, while Barry surprisingly transformed a simple idea – a hitman becoming an actor – into a thought-provoking exploration of life’s big questions. These series, including Andor, Arcane, and Atlanta, represent some of the best television of the last decade.

Two years after being found not guilty on nine sexual assault charges in the UK, Kevin Spacey has largely been shut out of Hollywood. He’s been working primarily in smaller, Mediterranean markets, often appearing in crime films. Despite this, Spacey recently told The Telegraph he believes influential figures in the industry want to see him return to work. He feels a single call from a director like Martin Scorsese or Quentin Tarantino would be enough to revive his career, saying he’d be “incredibly honored and delighted” to receive such an offer, and that he thinks it will happen. While he may be right that a call from either director could change things, the fact that hasn’t happened yet is significant.
