As a seasoned movie critic with a soft spot for heartwarming family films, I must admit that the news of “Paddington in Peru” shifting its release date has left me both perplexed and delighted. While I initially lamented the delay in satisfying my craving for more Paddington antics, the coincidence of Valentine’s Day weekend couldn’t be more fitting. After all, who wouldn’t want to cuddle up with their loved one and a marmalade-loving bear on such a romantic occasion?
Due to some changes, U.S. viewers won’t be able to enjoy the third movie of the popular Paddington series, titled “Paddington in Peru,” until Valentine’s Day instead of its initial January 2025 release date.
The release date of the Columbia Pictures movie within the U.S. has been changed to February 14, 2025; this new date falls on a weekend that encompasses both Presidents’ Day and Valentine’s Day.
