It’s clear that Blizzard has been increasing the number of collaborations recently. Not only have they reintroduced a second wave of LE SSERAFIM skins, but this season has already seen collaborations with Gundam Wing and Street Fighter.
In simpler terms, the latest update released on May 20th has introduced eight brand-new skins for various heroes in Overwatch 2, which are inspired by characters from a well-known fighting game series. This makes it the largest crossover event ever seen in the history of Overwatch 2.

Overwatch 2 Street Fighter 6 event schedule
On May 20th, 2025, Street Fighter event 6 officially started and will continue until June 3rd, 2025. That gives you a span of approximately two weeks to engage in the event and reap its rewards.
Every time I log in, it’s always a gamble whether these special rewards will return, so I wouldn’t want you to miss out on grabbing them! Make sure to hop into the game while you can.
All Street Fighter 6 event challenges & rewards
At this event, there are nine distinct tasks set up, each offering varying prizes. Many of these tasks are relatively straightforward, involving playing a specific number of matches, utilizing special abilities, and inflicting damage, among other requirements.
Regarding the prizes, besides earning XP, you’ll also receive a weapon charm, voice clips for Sigma, Widowmaker, and Hanzo, along with sprays as well.
