While not as strong as some of the best moments from the Rocks D. Xebec flashback, Chapter 1175 of One Piece is still a highlight of the Elbaph Arc so far. With a battle against Imu on the horizon, the arc still feels promising, and characters like Loki, Usopp, and Gunko deserve more development before the Straw Hats leave the Land of Giants.
