One Piece Chapter 1128 has exciting Harry Potter reference

As a long-time fan of both One Piece and Harry Potter, I must admit that I was absolutely thrilled to see these two iconic worlds collide in Chapter 1128! The cover alone, with all the Straw Hat Pirates dressed as Hogwarts students on brooms, was enough to send my heart racing with excitement.

In One Piece Chapter 1128, we embark on a fresh journey with a hint of enchantment reminiscent of Harry Potter, here are the key points:

The One Piece manga has wrapped up its Egghead storyline, but trouble ensues for the crew once they part ways. Two days into their journey, Luffy, Nami, Zoro, Sanji, Usopp, and Chopper vanish from the ship, leaving the rest of the team fretting over their missing friends.

In Chapter 1127, Nami is seen fleeing from colossal insects before bumping into Usopp. Together, they fight off a gigantic feline creature capable of changing shapes between a cat and a lion. Fortunately, Luffy, Zoro, and Sanji show up just in the right moment to help their comrades.

In contrast, the latest chapter doesn’t make it clear where Chopper stands, but this gets explained in Chapter 1128. Interestingly, this chapter starts off with a nod to Harry Potter.

The opening page of this chapter showcases the Straw Hat Pirates donning Hogwarts-style robes while soaring on brooms alongside a colossal dragon, reminiscent of scenes from the Harry Potter films. The storyline depicted in this cover stretches from Chapter 1109 to 1127 and is known as Oni Child Yamato’s Golden Harvest Surrogate Pilgrimage. This marks the 26th chapter cover following the Wano Arc, and now it’s Eiichiro Oda’s turn to showcase his inventive skills in designing the covers.

Oda frequently creates artwork inspired by fan suggestions or connected to the narrative, similar to how Harry Potter, a widely acclaimed franchise originating from J.K. Rowling’s books, resonates worldwide like One Piece does. As a result, fans are thrilled to see such references in one of their beloved comics.

One fan shares, “ONE PIECE X HARRY POTTER TWO OF MY FAVS????

“That cover page actually sounds really cool, love Harry Potter,” writes another.
