
As January comes to a close, Xbox and PC Game Pass members can look forward to the next game coming in February: The Talos Principle 2. Developed by Croteam, the team behind the Serious Sam games, it’s available to those with Xbox Game Pass Premium, Ultimate, or PC Game Pass.
I recently got my hands on The Talos Principle 2, and it’s seriously blown me away! It’s the sequel to the original, which everyone loved, and it dropped in November 2023. This time around, you play as a robot in a future world, and you’re tasked with figuring out the secrets of this huge, mysterious structure. Basically, it’s a puzzle game that really makes you think, and it throws some pretty deep philosophical questions at you while you’re at it. Plus, the graphics are stunning, and the music by Damjan Mravunac and Chris Christodoulou is incredible – it really adds to the atmosphere.
The Talos Principle 2 has been very well-received. On Steam, it boasts “overwhelmingly positive” reviews (95 out of 100), and it consistently scores between 85 and 90 out of 100 on Metacritic, depending on the platform.
