Once Human Controller Support, Paid DLC Sharing, And Server Limits Addressed By Studio

As a dedicated fan of Once Human, I’m thrilled to see Starry Studio addressing the community’s concerns with transparency and commitment. The developer’s latest updates have been music to my ears, especially regarding controller support and DLC sharing.

Starry Studio’s developer team has been actively addressing community concerns regarding Once Human. They have introduced several updates to clarify queries like controller compatibility, DLC sharing procedures among different characters, and the rationale behind the server’s player restriction.

To begin with, Starry Studio announced that they will begin supporting controllers by early to mid-August. Simultaneously, they plan to introduce the key rebinding feature around mid-August for those who have been looking forward to this customization option.

The developer is still in the process of adding the ability to share paid DLC, including battle passes, cosmetics, furniture, and weapon skins. However, this has taken longer than anticipated. The feature is now planned to be rolled out during the maintenance on August 1st in the morning.

As a seasoned gamer with years of experience under my belt, I strongly advise against purchasing battle pass tiers for multiple characters all at once. Trust me, I’ve made this mistake before, and it’s not worth the hassle or the expense.

Having spent countless hours immersed in the captivating world of this multiplayer game, I can confidently share my personal take on its in-game currency system. If I’ve bought Crystgin on various characters I control, I’m thrilled to know that these purchases aren’t a mere one-time deal. Instead, they add up, enhancing each character with its unique set of perks.

As a gamer, I’ve noticed the long wait times to join a server lately. The reason for this, as explained by the Starry Studio team, is because more players have joined than they initially anticipated. They mentioned that when too many gamers are on one server, there’s a risk of losing important data. However, they’re actively working to expand each server’s capacity and reduce these wait times.

Currently, we anticipate releasing a patch update on July 18 to enhance the queuing system by “providing reimbursement for extended queue waiting times.” Simultaneously, Starry Studio assures us that they have teams working around the clock to bring new servers online. Furthermore, an invitation code feature is planned for August, enabling you to extend invitations to additional players even when your server reaches capacity.

As a huge fan of survival games, I’m thrilled to share that on July 9, Once Human became accessible for all as a free-to-play open-world survival title set in a post-apocalyptic future. What makes this game truly unique is the inclusion of a sanity meter that gets impacted by consuming contaminated food and water, among other factors.
