In role-playing games (RPGs), it’s important to adhere to the established guidelines to avoid being penalized. While some gamers strive to play by the rules and act responsibly, others find satisfaction in creating maximum disorder within the game’s digital landscapes.
19 years in prison
One Reddit user recently bragged about his “accomplishment” in The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion Remastered. He served a lengthy prison sentence that was so long, if it had occurred in real life, it would have ended just as the remastered version was released.
I just spent 19 years in Jail. Yo is the Oblivion Crisis still going on, or…?
According to the data shared by Reddit user Viccytrix, we can see the actions he took that led to such a severe sentence. He amassed an astounding 698,040 septims as a bounty for his capture, earned 1401 infamy points, and served 6990 days in prison due to stealing 2906 items, committing 45 assaults, murdering 7 individuals, and stealing 7 horses.
As I shared in the comment section, I unveiled my hidden trick to amassing nearly 700,000 gold coins as a spoil of my capture. This was achieved by subtly adorning my stronghold with the pilfered Varla Stone.
In Oblivion, if a player lands in prison, it deducts skill points from their total. Viccytrix mentioned that he lost only a handful of these, primarily from the Blade skill. This suggests that the penalties for such infractions aren’t overly harsh, which could potentially lead other players to play with less caution.
You can now play the enhanced version of “Oblivion,” on your PC, PlayStation 5, or Xbox Series X/S. Additionally, this game is included in the Game Pass subscription service.
