Oblivion Dark Brotherhood Questline Walkthrough

Explore the menacing world of the Dark Brotherhood, a group of ruthless night-time executioners, revered with dread across Tamriel. Unlike the Thieves Guild, who tend to avoid taking lives, the Brotherhood embraces lethal force wholeheartedly, making it their profession. In this journey, you’ll traverse diverse regions, executing contracts and ascending through their ranks. This guide aims to equip you with the most effective strategies for your assignments and offer tips on performing them with the precision of a skilled assassin.

Joining the Dark Brotherhood

To become part of the enigmatic Dark Brotherhood, the initial step is catching their notice. This can be achieved by subtly carrying out the murder of a couple of harmless individuals and then spending the night at an inn. As fate would have it, a cryptic character will rouse you during your stay, bestowing upon you the quest titled “A Knife in the Dark”. Successfully completing this mission not only earns you the title of a full-fledged member but also marks your formal induction into the secretive Dark Brotherhood.

A Knife in the Dark

Following Lchance’s instructions, make your way towards the ominous Inn, which lies to the north of Bravil. Await the arrival of nightfall, then venture within to track down your objective.

Immediately after stepping into the inn, look for a turn to your left. You will see a tiny hatch that leads down to the basement of the inn. At the end of this area is Rufio’s room. Eliminate him there.

After Rufio’s demise, feel free to take some rest (even at the inn where you currently reside), and Lachance will visit you again with instructions to guide you towards an abandoned house in Cheydinhal. Proceed downstairs and locate a concealed entrance behind a damaged wall. To gain access, simply say “Sanguine, my Brother”.

Converse with Ocheeva privately so you can finish your mission and officially join the ranks of the Dark Brotherhood.

A Watery Grave

Upon becoming a member, head to the brotherhood’s headquarters and find Vincente Valtieri, who can be reached from Ocheeva’s quarters. In conversation with him, take up the assignment to eliminate Captain Gaston Tussaud, located within the Waterfront District of the Imperial City.

As a die-hard fan, I’m excitedly sharing that Gaston’s vessel has moored in the northern sector of the district. You can access his chambers via the deck’s upper entrance, or if you possess the skills (and the necessary lockpicks), there’s a hidden door into his private cabin, located at the boat’s rear and protected by a formidable Very Hard Lock.

Taking an alternate route, you’ll find yourself in a one-on-one encounter with Gaston. His Steel Cutlass is quite formidable, so be prepared. After defeating him, search his remains and then make your way back to Vincente.

In compensation for any issues you might encounter, he’ll grant you a mystical dark bracelet. This accessory will enhance your Light Armor and Defense statistics by 5 units, and it also provides a 5% resistance to magical effects.

Accidents Happen

Bonus Requirement: Loosen the fastenings to drop the decoration on your target to kill him.

In your upcoming assignment from Valtieri, you are required to bring about the demise of an individual named Baelin in Bruma. It’s suggested that you arrange this so it appears as if it were an accident (for any additional incentive). Proceed to Bruma accordingly.

In Bruma, your quest guide leads you to Baelin’s residence. There, you’ll discover multiple ways to gain entry: attempt a stealthy approach via the front or sneak around back. Both paths lead to a locked basement door. Once inside, make your way stealthily to the attic on the upper level, where you’ll find a hidden crawlspace.

After reaching the upper level, turn right into a compact room. To your right, adjacent to a desk, there’s an access point to the crawl space. Step inside, secure the entrance, then patiently await. As per the agreement, this wait should occur sometime between 8 p.m. and 11 p.m.

At the edge of space, there’s a wooden cross you should approach. Interact with it and choose the option to unfasten it. Once that’s done, slip away from the house stealthily, making sure to dodge Baelin’s servant along the way. Then, return to Valtieri for your compensation – a magical dagger named Sufferthron, 100 gold pieces, and a promotion to the Slayer rank.

Scheduled for Execution

Bonus Requirement: Don’t kill any of the prison guards.

In this instance, your mission involves eliminating an individual who is presently incarcerated within the Imperial Prison. Fortunately, you possess a key to access the city’s sewer system, which will serve as your covert entry point. Once prepared, make your way to the Imperial City for execution of the task.

The entrance lies a bit beyond the city limits, towards the northeastern direction, not far from the capital’s fortifications, following a watercourse. With the key given by Valtieri, make your way inside.

Navigating the sewer system isn’t too complex, but beware of the pesky crustaceans and rodents dwelling within. Eventually, you’ll come across a ladder leading to the Sanctum, secured by a standard lock. Unlock it and ascend.

Slip stealthily past the guards in the Sanctum, ensuring you keep a low profile so as not to provoke any unwanted attention (unless the reward doesn’t matter to you, then by all means confront them). Your goal is ultimately reaching the entrance to the Imperial Prison.

Upon entering the prison, keep moving forward until you locate a tunnel leading upward towards what appears to be an old cell. On the opposite side, you’ll spot your objective, Valen Dreth. If he’s engaged in conversation with a guard, simply wait for their interaction to conclude and the guard to depart before making your move.

In the corridor, you’ll find Dreth confined behind a secure cell door. The key to his cell, as well as an Imperial Prison key, are conveniently placed on a table at the end of the hall. If you’re skilled with a bow, you can attempt to shoot arrows through the bars. Should you possess an invisibility spell or the Shadow’s Moonlight ability, a critical hit could swiftly neutralize him.

After achieving your goal and eliminating the target, make your way back to Valtieri and share your victory news. If you’ve successfully completed the optional mission, you’ll be granted the Scales of Relentless Justice as a reward. This item enhances certain stats when held in your inventory, but it comes at the cost of decreasing your Personality stat.

The Assassinated Man

Bonus Requirement: N/A

When you’re ready, approach Valtieri to get your next guild assignment. The task at hand is quite unusual – instead of ending a life, you’ll be preserving one. In this instance, you will stage someone’s demise to protect them from those who intend harm. You’ll be provided with a poison-coated knife and an antidote to bring the target back to life. Once prepared, make your way to Chorrol.

Francois’ residence is spacious, and it has a tough lock on its main entrance, which is unfortunate as it’s the only one. Wait till it’s very late at night, then attempt to bypass the lock to slip in unnoticed.

As soon as you step into the house, François will welcome you and inform you that Hides-with-Cunning, the real assassin, is expected shortly. He’ll also outline their plan. When Hides-with-Cunning enters the house and starts conversing with François, use the knife Valtieri provided to wound him instead of killing him, then quickly escape. Exit the house via the nearby gate, and you should be safe. Remember, do not kill Hides-with-Cunning.

In my enthusiasm, I’m about to share a crucial step in our plan: after a span of 24 hours, let’s make our way to the sacred Chapel of Stendarr. From there, we’ll descend into the hidden depths beneath it, where our efforts will be focused.

Upon entering the underground chamber, head towards the path on the right where you’ll encounter Francois. Talk to him to employ the potion from your miscellaneous items (you won’t find it in the regular potions section).

To prevent upsetting certain residents of the undercroft, ensure François’s safety by fending off the zombies, then exit the undercroft without harming François in the process as you eliminate the enemy forces.

After stepping outside, guide him towards Chorrol, then to the Gray Mare Inn. Upon reaching there, Francois will express his gratitude. Now, it’s time for us to return and update the Brotherhood about our findings.

Finishing the agreement grants you the title of ‘Eliminator’ in the Dark Brotherhood, plus an amulet called ‘Cruelty’s Heart’, which boosts your Willpower and Strength by three points each, and a key to swiftly enter the headquarters through the well behind the Abandoned House.

The Lonely Wanderer

Bonus Requirement: Kill the target indoors and with no witnesses.

In your upcoming discussions with Veltieri regarding future projects, he informs you that he will no longer be providing assignments. Instead, you should reach out to Ocheeva at the headquarters for new contracts. As a token of appreciation for your past work, Veltieri extends an offer: if you’re interested, he can turn you into a vampire! So, consider this option if it catches your fancy in the future.

In the Imperial City, you’ll receive a contract from Ocheeva, tasking you with locating and eliminating a high elf named Faelian. However, keep in mind that this individual is quite elusive and challenging to find, so it will be up to you to track him down. The reward for this contract includes the requirement of killing Faelian inside and without any witnesses present. With these details in hand, make your way to the Imperial City.

When conversing with an urban-dwelling elf who has a friendly disposition toward you (around 50 to 60 points), you can extract some information from them. Generally, Faelian can be found in various locations throughout the day, but if you’re aiming for the bonus, he can only be encountered at Lorkmir’s House—and that’s where you’ll find an opportunity to eliminate him.

Tiber Septim Hotel (Talos Plaza District): 8pm – 1am

Lorkmir’s House (Elvan Gardens District): 11am – 5pm (Hard lock on the door)

Abandoned Shack (Waterfront District): 2am – 8am

Upon Faelin’s demise, I’m bound to retrace my steps back to Ocheeva, ready to collect my gold prize as promised. If I managed to meet the additional task, she’ll also bestow upon me her prized magical bow, the ‘Shadowhunt’.

Bad Medicine

Additional Task: Maintain anonymity and replace the target’s medication with the poison provided by Ocheeva, resulting in their demise.

In your next assignment, you are tasked with locating a mercenary captain named Rodrick, who is currently residing in Fort Sutch to the west. Your objective is to secretly enter the fort, replace his medication with poison provided by Ocheeva without being detected. If you’re discovered, you will lose your bonus and be forced into a more conventional confrontation with him. So, tread carefully!

You can easily reach Fort Sutch by traveling westward beyond Anvil, then heading north after you arrive at Anvil. So, make your way to Anvil first, and set off from there for a quick journey to Fort Sutch.

When you reach the fort, at its lowest level, you’ll come across a short, confined corridor that ends at an internal door.

Step into the building, locate the standard door on your right and follow the path leading towards the fort’s rear area. As you proceed, don’t forget to open several gates that lie ahead. For better visibility of the guards, consider wearing the Gray Fox’s Hood or casting a life detection spell. This will help you navigate around them effectively.

At the back, there’s a medicine cabinet containing Rodrick’s Medication. Swap it out for ‘Rodrick’s Contents from the Miscellaneous section of your inventory.

Slip away using the same entry point, making sure to dodge any enemy mercenaries along the way. Fortunately, there aren’t many stationed within the fortress, and its dimly lit corridors offer ample hiding spots. Once more, the ‘Detect Life’ feature will prove useful in this situation.

After stepping back outside, quickly use the fast travel option and return to Ocheeva to claim your gold reward. If you managed to fulfill the additional tasks, a magical shirt called the Deceiver’s Finery will also be yours.

Whodunit

Bonus Requirement: Kill each of the five guests individually without being detected.

In your upcoming assignment with Ocheeva, you will be required to eliminate not one, but five specific targets. Each target will be confined within separate houses, and it will fall upon you to eliminate them individually. If you choose to accept the bonus, you must do so without any of the other targets becoming aware of your presence, which may make the mission simpler or more challenging based on your preference. Once prepared, proceed to Skingrad for further instructions.

Upon reaching Skingrad, make your way to Summitmist Manor, where you’ll be warmly welcomed by Fafnir who will grant you entry.

This agreement isn’t particularly challenging; all you need is a bit of patience. Keep an eye on people until you spot them alone, then proceed. Alternatively, you could wait until they fall asleep and tackle it at that time. Regardless of your approach, make sure to search their bodies and the houses for valuable items once everyone is attended to. Afterward, return to Ocheeva.

In return for your efforts, Ocheeva grants you gold, and under certain conditions, she also bestows the Night Mother’s Blessing as an ongoing boost to various of your attributes!

Permanent Retirement

Additional Task: Following the elimination of the target, retrieve his ring finger and place it on the desk of one of his underlings.

In Leyawin resides Adamus Phillida, a long-time nuisance to the Brotherhood. Your assignment from Ocheeva is to confront him during his retirement. To make this mission more significant, you’ll be required to retrieve and deliver the target’s ring finger to the Imperial Garrison as an emphatic message. Once prepared, proceed to Leyawin.

In the town of Leyawin, locate a secluded pond situated west of the City Barracks, beyond the stone barrier. Every day at approximately 3pm, you’ll find Adamus taking a dip in this very spot. This presents an ideal opportunity for you, as you’ve been tasked with using the instant-kill arrow that Ocheeva provided. However, it’s crucial to remember that the arrow only works when Adamus is not wearing his armor. Therefore, position yourself discreetly near the pond, stay hidden, and bide your time until Adamus decides to take a swim.

Make sure to save your progress before proceeding with the arrow usage, as it’s a one-time opportunity. After Adamus has been eliminated, wait for his guard to move away from his body. During this time, feel free to explore Leyawin – take a stroll, buy some supplies, or visit the local sights. Once the area seems safe again, you can retrieve items such as his sword, shield, and numerous keys from his person.

At the moment, you have two options: return to Ocheeva or alternatively make your way to the Prison District of the Imperial City to hand over the package.

To finish your task, locate the green marker on your map that points to the building. Upon entering, look for a desk. Interact with the desk and insert your finger into it, and your mission will be accomplished. Then, make your way back to Ocheeva.

This time around, your reward isn’t as thrilling, just an extra 500 gold pieces. But every small gain matters. You’ve completed another mission for the Dark Brotherhood.

Of Secret and Shadow

Bonus Requirement: N/A

For your upcoming task, things will be distinctly unlike anything you’ve faced before. In a conversation with Ocheeva, you receive a missive from Lucien, the individual who initially drew you into the Dark Brotherhood. Upon examining the letter in your possessions, Lucien invites you to meet him at Fort Farragut. When you’re prepared, set off accordingly.

As a gamer, I’d tell you Fort Farragut lies merely a swift dash northeast from Chydinnhal, making it an easily accessible hideout. If you fancy tackling some ominous guardians and dodging traps, step through the grand entrance at the fort’s base. However, if you wish to bypass all that and swiftly find Lucien, venture behind Fort Farragut; there, you’ll spot a colossal hollow tree with a concealed door. This secret passage will whisk you straight into the room where Lucien resides.

While conversing with Lucien, it’s revealed that there’s a traitor hiding within the Cheydinhal Sanctuary Brotherhood. Your mission is to eliminate them all – Ocheeva, Valtieri, Antoinetta Marie, Gogron gro-Bolmog, Telaendril, M’raaj-Dar, and Teinaava. Lucien will provide you with a poisoned apple and a summoning scroll for this task. Remember to explore the room further, as there’s a tough-to-open barrel nearby that contains an additional 10 poisoned apples if needed.

When you’re ready, head back to the Sanctuary and get to it…

The Purification

Bonus Requirement: N/A

Back in the Sanctuary, you can approach your killings however you see fit, but here are some tips:

  • Don’t bother with the apples, it’s more of a hassle than it is worth going around collecting and stealing every bit of food in the Sanctuary.
  • The Spirit of Rufio summon, it is best to use against Gogron due to his heavy armor since the spirit’s attacks will hit better against it.
  • Try to take out M’raaj-Dar after he has been practicing in the training room so that he will be low on magicka.
  • Telandril is mostly found outside of the Sanctuary. Your best time is to find her on Tuesday’s out near the mage guild’s well. Hitting her while stealthed will cause her to don her Dark Brotherhood garb and cause the cities guards to attack her so all you have to do is wait for them to do your work for you.
  • Don’t try to take on all the assassins at once, wait until they are sleeping or alone.

Each member should leave a key to their individually locked storage boxes in the communal living area. Make sure to search not just their persons but also these storage boxes when gathering items!

Once all your objectives have been eliminated, make your way back to Lucien who will promote you as his personal assassin and grant you a steed named Shadowmare. Additionally, you’ll receive a series of assignments that have been left at different safe locations, starting with one on Hero Hill. Kudos on your success, Silencer!

Affairs of a Wizard

In a stone hidden at Hero Hill, your initial clandestine mission reveals that your objective is a necromancer called Celedaen, who resides deep within Leafrot Cave, situated considerably to the south of your current location.

For reaching Leafrot Cave, it’s best to fast-travel to Leyawin first, then exit through the Northeastern gate. Follow the road with Shadowmare and veer towards the east until you spot the cave. The trickiest part of this quest lies in simply navigating there.

Inside the cave, make your way towards Celedaen’s location by going backward through an ordinary locked door, then proceeding through the subsequent door that leads into another part of the cave. You’ll notice a hole in the floor; jump down it, followed closely by a nearby door where you’ll find him. To eliminate him discreetly, approach stealthily and snatch his hourglass.

After dealing with the necromancer, you’ll find your reward of 500 gold pieces and your upcoming assignment hidden inside a bag under the Grand Oak tree in Chorrol.

Next of Kin

Your upcoming assignment involves eliminating each member of the Draconis family which includes Perennia, Matthias, Andreas, Sibylla, and Caelia.

Perennia

She resides on a quaint farm known as Applewatch, situated to the west of Burma. She poses no immediate threat; simply approach when she’s asleep. Looting her person may provide details about other locations, which could prove useful.

Matthias

In the Talos Plaza District of the Imperial City, Matthias resides. Unlock the sturdy lock on his front door quietly and slip inside undetected. His bedroom is upstairs; be mindful to bypass his attendant and tread softly as you enter his room to execute your plan.

Andreas

Andreas manages The Tipsy Dragon Tavern, positioned northeast of Leyawin, slightly eastward from the primary highway. Often, an Imperial guard can be found loitering inside, so you might need to think outside the box – or perhaps deal with him in some way. Typically, Andreas retires around 2am and dozes off behind the bar counter.

Sibylla

To the Southwest of Cheydinhal you will find Muck Valley Cavern with Caelia inside.

The cave isn’t particularly large, housing mostly rats, wolves, and a few bears who serve as guardians for Caelia. You’ll often find Caelia near her modest campsite, tucked away in the most remote corner of the cave.

Caelia

The optimal location and hour to look after Leyawin’s guardian would be her personal room at the Three Sister’s Inn, preferably after 8am. Her room can be found on the second floor, right beside the staircase leading upstairs, secured with a sturdy lock.

Once the last family member has met their end, make your way to Castle Skingrad. In the castle’s courtyard, locate the well, there you will find your 500 gold piece reward and a clue for your upcoming mission.

Broken Vows

The Dead Drop Order #3 alerts you that your next objective is a Khajiit named J’Ghasta, who resides in Bruma. Make your way to Bruma and locate his residence. It seems that publicly calling off a wedding and humiliating an ex-fiancée can create adversaries. Too bad!

As a stealthy gamer, once I’ve managed to slip inside, my first move is always straight for the basement. There, tucked away by the staircase, I’ll uncover a concealed door – it’s time to explore!

Keep moving to avoid his powerful punches since he doesn’t have armor on. Try your best to maintain distance between you two, as close proximity increases the likelihood of getting hit.

After J’Ghasta has been slain, make your way to the ancient bridge situated not far from the South of the Imperial City Waterfront area. You might want to consider swimming there directly from the Waterfront for convenience. Beneath this bridge, you will discover a decaying crate containing your prize and your next objective.

Final Justice

Next, your mission involves eliminating an Argonian named Shaleeze, who can be found inside a cave called the Flooded Mine, located to the north of Bravil. Once prepared, make your way to Bravil and continue on towards the cave.

Consistent with its moniker, the majority of this mine is submerged in water. Upon entering, veer to your right and navigate along the underwater tunnel that leads to the east. This route will guide you toward Shaleeze’s camp, where she might be resting (provided you choose to approach her during the wee hours of the night, past midnight).

As a fan, I’d advise staying clear when Shaleeze wields her enchanting blades, as they’re quite formidable. Alternatively, if the opportunity arises, you could lure her towards the central outcropping in her encampment and rain down arrows on her from a safe distance.

After her demise and the plundering of her corpse, make your way to Fort Redman, located slightly west of the Drunken Dragon Inn where you eliminated Andreas Draconis earlier. This is where you’ll collect your reward and receive your subsequent mission involving a deceased individual.

A Matter of Honor

Your upcoming objective is a nomadic trader named Uvani. Locating him may prove challenging and there’s a possibility that unwanted attention might follow. The most suitable location for interaction with him is his residence in Leyawin, which he visits every Sunday. Interestingly, Uvani is allergic to honey, so offering him mead could potentially trick him into stealing it from you. However, similar to the poison apples during the purification quest, this plan might cause complications as you’ll need to eliminate any other food sources in the vicinity to ensure he only consumes the mead.

To gain entry into his home, note that the main door, as well as several inner doors, are secured with robust locks. Therefore, remember to carry some lock picks with you.

In the battle against Uvani, it’s not just his powerful Destruction spells that pose a threat. His enchanted Dagger of Shattered Pieces can swiftly disintegrate any melee weapon or defensive shield you try to use against him. So, avoid prolonging the fight, or risk being left defenseless against him!

Once you’ve handled Uvani, make your way to the Imperial Market District within the Imperial City. There, nestled between Rindir’s Magic Wands and Edgar’s Bargain Books, you’ll discover a concealed nook containing your reward and your next secret drop-off location.

The Coldest Sleep

Your upcoming objective is a Nord Barbarian named Havilstein Hoar-Blood, who can be found camping on Gnoll Mountain, east of Bruma. This task appears to be quite straightforward. Once you’re prepared and armed for a close combat encounter with a barbarian, make your way to the city of Bruma.

A convenient strategy for confronting Havilstein and his wolf would be to station yourself on a rocky ridge above and to the east of their camp, giving you an elevated vantage point. This placement ensures that neither target can approach you, instead leaving them in a state of observation as you shoot arrows towards them repeatedly.

Make certain to search the body and take Havilstein’s enchanted axe of soul captures, as well as his elven axe for added precaution!

To change direction in your journey, quickly teleport to Muck Valley Cavern, then move south towards the remnants of Nornal. Enter the ruins, find some stairs, and follow them along with the quest indicator. You’ll need to swim underwater and open a moderate gate, past which you will discover the chest containing your prize and your next mission.

A Kiss Before Dying

As a gamer, I’ve got a new quarry on my list – a cunning wood elf named Ungolim. You can find him tucked away in the city of Bravil. He’s been tipped off about your approach, so I suggest you arm yourself with an invisibility scroll or don your top-notch sneaking gear before making the journey to Bravil. Stay hidden and stay sharp!

Each day, Ungolim takes time to stop by the statue located centrally in town, from 6 pm until 1 am. Find a spot on some adjacent steps or hide nearby for observation. Since Ungolim is an accomplished archer, there might be some friendly sparring involved. However, the stairs and surrounding structures provide a safe vantage point. Alternatively, you could opt to approach him directly. After handling your target, you’ll receive a visit from Lucien, who will bring intriguing updates.

As you prepare to visit your next secret cache, don’t forget to search Ungolim’s corpse for his Frozen Archer’s Bow first. After that, make your way to Anvil city and locate the hidden spot – a barrel positioned behind the monumental statue.

Following a Lead

Once prepared, make your way to Anvil. Directly east from the main entrance, you’ll spot a significant statue. Behind this statue, you’ll find a barrel. Find a concealed spot close by to perch and await patiently.

Soon enough, someone is going to head to the barrel. They’ll dash over, chat with him, and he’ll share information about a person who talked to him near a lighthouse and instructed him to change the secret messages.

Journey to the Anvil Lighthouse. Visit the keeper’s residence, then ascend to the lighthouse where he resides. Ask for the key to the cellar and he shall provide it. Armed with this key, make your way back outside, around the back of the lighthouse grounds you will discover a locked door that leads to the Lighthouse’s Cellar. Enter inside.

Downstairs, you’ll discover several deceased individuals and at the rear, there’s an ordinary, secured door. Close to a chair, you’ll stumble upon the Traitor’s Journal. Give it a read and grab the head that lies on the altar situated before it.

In the basement, you’ll find a collection of lifeless bodies and towards the back, there’s an unremarkable, locked door. Near a chair, you’ll come across the Traitor’s Diary. Take some time to read it and retrieve the head that rests on the altar in front of it.

Armed with the necessary details, make your way to Applewatch, enter its premises. Upon arrival, you’ll encounter members of a mysterious group known as the Black Hand. There, you’ll find remnants of Lucien, hanging in the rear. You are instructed to come back between midnight and 3 am for another meeting with Arquen.

Honor Thy Mother

Meet up with Arquen from 12 am to 3 am, and reach an agreement to accompany the Black Hand in rousing the Night Mother, which will initiate a scene.

After the show ends, make your way into the Night Mother’s Crypt to initiate a new cutscene in which the real traitor is exposed. Work together with Arquen to defeat him during this scene.

Once the skirmish ends, have a conversation with the Night Mother. Then, go ahead and search the crypt’s coffins at your leisure. After you finish, engage the Night Mother in another talk.

Bravo! You’re not a Dark Brotherhood Informer anymore and have completed the questline for the brotherhood. As recognition, not only are you now an Informer, but the Night Mother has granted you access to the true might of the Blade of Woe that Lucien bestowed upon you at the start of your journey within the brotherhood!

Whispers of Death

You have the choice to embark on a continuous side mission each week, where you can converse with the statue of the Night Mother in Bravil, followed by sharing the gathered information with Arquen at the Chrydinhal Sanctuary. This activity offers a reliable income stream for you! As part of your Listener role, you also have the opportunity to bring a Dark Brotherhood Assassin along on your adventures. Seek out this initiate within the sanctuary and agree to let him join you in your travels.
