NTR Jr, Hrithik Roshan Face Off in Explosive ‘War 2’ Teaser

On Tuesday, excitement soared as the long-awaited sneak peek for “War 2” was unveiled, showcasing an electrifying confrontation between the mighty action stars Hrithik Roshan from Bollywood and NTR Jr., who gained fame in “RRR”.

On May 20th, coinciding with NTR Jr’s birthday festivities, a tantalizing teaser was unveiled, fulfilling Roshan’s recent hint of an exhilarating surprise for fans. This brief yet thrilling sneak peek provides the initial look at these two powerful figures from the silver screen together on set.

In ‘War 2′, Kiara Advani makes her debut as the main female character in Yash Raj Films’ growing collection of espionage stories. This movie is helmed by Ayan Mukerji, who is famed for his work on the fantasy-adventure film ‘Brahmastra’. Notably, this is his first venture into the action-packed world of spy thrillers.

Aditya Chopra, the producer, launched a spy universe with the Tiger franchise, starring Salman Khan and Katrina Kaif, debuting in “Ek Tha Tiger” (2012) and “Tiger Zinda Hai” (2017), followed by “War” (2019) with Roshan and Tiger Shroff. This was succeeded by “Pathaan,” featuring Shah Rukh Khan, Deepika Padukone, and John Abraham in 2023, along with “Tiger 3.” Next up is the female-led film “Alpha” starring Alia Bhatt and Sharvari, followed by the highly anticipated crossover “Tiger vs Pathaan,” featuring Shah Rukh Khan and Salman Khan. The sequel to “War,” titled “War 2,” will precede these releases.

In the Tiger movie series, Salman Khan portrays Avinash Singh Rathore, also known as Tiger, a character from the Indian intelligence agency RAW. Kareena Kapoor plays Zoya Humaini, who is associated with Pakistan’s ISI. In the film War, Hrithik Roshan takes on the role of Kabir Dhaliwal, a renegade RAW agent, and Shreyas Shroff plays his protege Khalid Rahmani. In Pathaan, Shah Rukh Khan appears as exiled RAW operative Pathaan and Deepika Padukone portrays Rubina Mohsin, an ISI agent.

In the movie “Pathaan,” Tiger makes a notable appearance, while Colonel Sunil Luthra (portrayed by Ashutosh Rana), who debuted in “War” and will also be seen in “Tiger 3,” is also part of the cast. Previously, the character Pathaan had a brief role in “Tiger 2,” as did Kabir Dhaliwal.

The sequel to ‘War’ is set to hit cinemas globally on August 14th. It will be shown in Hindi, Tamil, and Telugu to accommodate the widespread popularity of its actors across India.
