Novect’s Project Code M will be published by Aksys Games on PS5 and Switch

At Anime Expo 2025, Aksys Games declared their responsibility for releasing the console adaptations of Project Code M, an intriguing mystery-adventure game being developed by Novect – the team behind The House in Fata Morgana.

Recently, a project tentatively named “Project Code M” (still undecided) was unveiled a few years ago for PS4, Nintendo Switch, and Steam, with no publishing company announced at the time. Since then, developer Novect has been sharing trailers and images in their blog posts, but there was no word on who would manage the Western releases. However, it has now been officially confirmed that Aksys Games will be handling these releases, although the announcement text does not specify the platforms. Interestingly, the trailer for this project mentions both PS5 and Nintendo Switch. It’s also worth noting that Novect’s Hanada Keika stated that Aksys is only responsible for the English-speaking console versions of this game.

Project Code M is in development for PS5, Nintendo Switch, and Steam release in the future.
