No Go Pass April? Pokemon Go new feature is not for everyone

The GO Pass is a fresh element introduced in Pokemon GO, designed to assist trainers in accumulating more and more rewards. Players were quite fond of the Tour Pass during the latest event, given that everyone enjoys gifts. Consequently, developers chose to build upon this concept. However, it’s essential to note that this feature is not accessible to all users, and even the battle pass content may vary between individuals.

GO Pass April not for everyone?

The new test feature from Niantic, called GO Pass, operates in much the same way as a battle pass in other games. Essentially, it’s a short-term path for advancement, accessible from April 1st and ending on May 6th. By participating, you can accumulate GO Points, which will enable you to climb through various ranks. As you progress, you’ll unlock new rewards. You have until May 8th to claim these rewards. Currently, this feature is free, but there may be an option for a paid version, though details vary from account to account.

The developers note that since the GO Pass is still undergoing testing, both the rewards and individual features may differ for each user. For instance, weekly tasks appear to exemplify this, as users on Reddit have reported that even those living in the same household might not all have access to them, and their daily limits can vary as well.

At present, the GO Pass feature isn’t accessible to all players worldwide as Niantic is still ensuring it enhances the gaming experience for everyone. The availability of this feature is region-specific when it comes to account creation. It’s important to note that just because you reside in a test area doesn’t guarantee the appearance of the GO Pass feature.
