Koei Tecmo announced the official release date for Nioh 3 during a recent State of Play presentation. Players can expect to play the game starting February 6, 2026.
The latest trailer reveals that Nioh 3 won’t be limited to the Sengoku period. The game’s story will take the player through different time periods, including the Edo and Heian eras, and even allow them to encounter Queen Himiko, a ruler from the 2nd and 3rd centuries.
Currently, Koei Tecmo hasn’t released the Japanese voiceover trailer on their official Japanese channel; it’s still only available through the Japanese State of Play stream. However, Sony has published the English trailer separately on the PlayStation channel, and you can watch it below.
